Attending: Approximately 15 people, including Beverley Gass, Carolyn Schneider, Liz Friesinger, Leslie VanHoy, Donald Forbes, Matilda Kirby-Smith, Conchita McNeill, Bill Raines, Pamela Herndon

Beverley Gass distributed the final version of the FOL Bylaws, which were approved by members (these included anyone present).

Highlights of the Bylaws include the establishing of dues, formalizing a Board of Directors, and how to revise bylaws. (Any voting after this will be accepted only for paid members.)

Beverley announced the FOL summer trip to St. Petersberg and Moscow and passed out information about the trip.

Don awarded this year's Best Friend of the Library certificate to Rita Gress.

Beverley introduced our guest speaker, Ron Jones, Storyteller. Ron then Told His Stories.
